HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
General Information Sharing Practices
Our company strictly prohibits contractors, affiliated organizations, suppliers, and vendors from revealing any personal information they receive from us except as outlined in this Privacy Policy. These external parties may include advertisers, game providers, widget developers, and various third-party application providers accessible via our Websites. Since we neither own nor manage third-party websites and applications available through our Websites, this Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to information collected or used by these external operators. Before visiting external sites, using third-party applications (whether through links on our Websites or directly), or sharing personal information with any external party, visitors should review the privacy policies of those organizations and take appropriate measures to safeguard their privacy.
Advertising Technologies
We may employ external advertising firms when you browse our Websites. These companies might utilize information about your Website visits stored in Cookies to display advertisements for products and services that might interest you. To learn more about this practice and your options for preventing these companies from using your information, you can visit https://networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, https://preferences-mgr.truste.com/, or https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.
Analytics Services
We utilize Google Analytics services. We might employ third-party providers, including Google, who use first-party cookies (like Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as DoubleClick cookies) to inform, optimize, and deliver ads based on your previous activity on our Websites, including Google Analytics for Display Advertising. The collected information may be used to analyze and monitor data, evaluate content popularity, and better understand online behaviors. Suppose you wish to prevent information collection and use by Google Analytics. In that case, you can install an opt-out browser extension ( https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/) and/or disable Google Analytics for Display Advertising or the Google Display Network through Google’s Ads Settings ( https://www.google.com/settings/ads).
Social Media Integration
We may offer the option to link your Website account with your social networking accounts for login purposes, uploading information, or enabling certain Website features. When logging in with social network credentials, we may gather publicly available information from your social networking profile, such as your name, profile image, cover photo, username, gender, network size, age range, location, friend list, and other public details. Once connected, other users might see information about your social network, including network size and mutual connections. By connecting your Website account to any social networking platform, we won’t be able to transfer your account information to the connected social network without letting you know. Each social network allows privacy settings for your information; our collection practices will always respect these settings and permissions. This functionality continually evolves through improvements by both us and the social networking platforms, so available features and shared information may change over time. Please have a look at our Privacy Policy for updates.
Social Media Links
Our Websites may contain hyperlinks that redirect you to social networks when clicked. However, clicking a social plugin, such as Facebook’s “Like” button or Twitter’s “Tweet” button, activates that particular network’s plugin and directly connects your browser and its servers. If you don’t use these buttons, none of your data will be sent to the respective social network providers. For example, if you click Facebook’s “Like” button on our Websites, Facebook receives your IP address, browser version, screen resolution, and device operating system. Privacy protection settings can be found on these social network websites and are beyond our control.
Service Providers
We may share your personal information, including your name and contact details (email address), with authorized service providers performing specific functions for us. These services might consist of order fulfillment, customer support, marketing assistance, business and sales analysis, Website functionality support, and management of contests, sweepstakes, surveys, and other features offered through our Websites. We might also share your name, contact information, and credit card details with authorized service providers who process credit card payments. These service providers may access personal information necessary for their functions but cannot share or use it for other purposes. Please feel free to contact us for our current list of providers.
Marketing Communications
Suppose you’ve opted to receive marketing communications from us. In that case, our company may provide your personal information to third parties, with your consent, so they can directly contact you about additional products and services. To stop using your personal information for marketing purposes, email us at sales@harleymarketing.com.
Text Message Opt-In Data and Consent
We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or distribute any text messaging opt-in data or consent to third parties. Your mobile number and consent for SMS communications will only be used for the purposes explicitly stated at the time of opt-in and by our Privacy Policy.
